Welcome to Lotus Flower Alchemy! I am currently offering my services online with hopes to expand in-person eventually!

Through auriculotherapy, breathwork, yoga, energy healing, and teachings of the Earth, I work on assisting you to rebuild connection with yourself and your body.

Because if we look closely, that is truly the root of our disfunction. If we can’t fully inhabit our body while being present to the moment in front of us, we can’t connect with each other, the Earth, and life itself. Inhabiting the body is like a bridge; if you can stay grounded, relaxed, and fully there in it, you can be present and connected to those around you and most importantly, connected to life itself.

To be fully where you are takes courage and great vulnerability, especially in a world where separation and distraction are the norm, but it will add authenticity and value to those and the world around you. It will deepen connections and celebrate differences. Because we then feel into the knowing that we are all actually the same deep within. We can access that inner stillness and silence that runs like a current through everything. Less thinking in the mind, and more feeling in the body.

I’m just here to support and assist you in overcoming those blocks (physical, mental, and spiritual) that prevent you from truly connecting to life itself.

I love auriculotherapy because it’s an accessible modality that gives great results and allows you to look fabulous, all while feeling good!

I also offer 30 & 60 minute distance energy healing sessions, SOMA breathwork and yoga classes/one-on-one sessions on Zoom.
