Way back when I first moved to California, I had a great acupuncturist in Studio City who would put these little seeds in my ears so that I could continue treating myself for my low back pain between appointments.

It was the greatest thing, and when I moved from the area I was so bummed to not have access to her unique approach any longer. Fast forward 14 years, and I accidentally stumbled on an amazing organization in San Diego that was cultivating a revival of my long lost little ear seeds, and even better, they were offering practitioner training!

Obviously I jumped on the opportunity to add auriculotherapy to the healing modalities I’m able to offer my clients and family, and could not be happier with the results that I’ve seen so far.
