I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel better in their own skin. My own journey toward health and healing taught me that “one-size-fits-all” solutions rarely work—and that’s what led me to explore Functional Nutrition, hypnotherapy, and eventually auriculotherapy. Each of these modalities showed me a different way the body and mind can find balance and resilience.

Auriculotherapy, especially, feels like a hidden gem. Something as small as an ear seed can calm the nervous system, ease pain, support weight release, or shift cravings in a gentle, natural way. I love introducing people to it, because they often say, “I can’t believe something so simple makes such a difference.”

I am an Instructor at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, currently teaching Auriculotherapy and Hypnotherapy.

Outside of my practice, I’m someone who craves both adventure and mindfulness. Riding my motorcycle clears my head and connects me with the present moment, while time in nature reminds me to slow down and appreciate life as it unfolds.
