I am here to help with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues with techniques that optimize your body to heal itself and promote functional mobility and quality of life. I also believe that stress leads to inflammation and dis-ease and I am here to help provide calm and relaxation with a variety of techniques to promote reduced stress and improved quality of life.

I offer assessment followed by techniques that include but are not limited to: Ear Seeds, Dry Needling, Cupping, Tuni Treatment, Raindrop Technique, Kinesio Tape, McKenzie Method, Hypnosis, Light Therapy, Exercise.
