After being in the healthcare field all my life, competing as a national level bodybuilder & being a personal trainer. I decided to take that knowledge and combine it with my new knowledge of using natural alternative options to help balance the body, mind & sole. As a certified reflexologist, aromatherapist (human & animal) and certified ear seeds practitioner my goal is to help as many people (& animals) as possible achieve a pain-free/managed, balanced, calm lifestyle using all-natural options.
