At Gulf Coast Wellness, I aspire to help you figure out the best natural health treatments that work for you in your current lifestyle and help you make the desired changes to be your healthiest self. There are a wide variety of options out there, many of which are provided within my office.

I began my career as a nurse in the US Navy, and later moved on to become a massage therapist (15+ years now!). This field has opened so many doors into the holistic world. All the modalities learned over the years have opened my eyes to exactly how amazing the human body really is. I feel that all my clients should feel that their own bodies are amazing

I love auriculotherapy because IT REALLY WORKS! It’s fantastic as both a complimentary or stand alone treatment, and it is very rewarding to see my clients (and myself!) see quick success and improvement with it.
