I studied at East-West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon and am licensed by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists as of June 2015. My training includes over 800 hours of study, including expanded education in Deep Tissue, Structural Bodywork, and CranioSacral Therapy. I have been fine tuning my skills since being licensed by working in a studio setting (both private and commercially), working with chiropractors, and through continued education instruction.

Massage is a way for me to reach out to help those who have pain or any body misalignment. Tailoring each session, I am aware every client will have specific as well as individual needs.

I am now expanding my horizons and touching more lives and adding auriculotherapy (the use of vaccaria seeds applied to specific pressure points on the ear) to my bag of tools to help others find comfort and well being in their own bodies.

I love auriculotherapy because I have seen the changes it can make for people! These tiny little seeds properly placed can change peoples lives and help them move toward better quality of health and life. I look forward to helping more people every day!
