Born and raised in Calgary, Erica grew up in a family that put great emphasis on healthy foods and natural therapy, therefore it was an honest and simple transition for her into the holistic wellness field.An ever-expanding learner, Erica has become one of Canada’s leading reflex therapists and an International reflexology instructor. Her background as a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, paired with deep knowledge of advanced reflex techniques provided her with the skill set to offer unparalleled treatments and become a sought after instructor. Most importantly, it is her vision to support and empower clients in the areas of pain management, injury recovery, and overall well-being.

Erica believed it was time to create something new, a better way to treat the chronic health concerns facing our community.In 2016, The Reflexology Experience flagship clinic was created in Central Calgary. The first of its kind in Canada, it offers a reflexology focus to deliver therapeutic and skin care treatments, certified training courses, along with curated products for an improved mind, body and soul.
